Sunt bune deoarece nu necesit\u0103 finisaje interioare: elementul structural este proiectat pentru utilizare f\u0103r\u0103 lucr\u0103ri suplimentare, ceea ce, cu un nivel ridicat de pre-dezvoltare inginereasc\u0103, accelereaz\u0103 semnificativ procesul de construc\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul s-a remarcat prin cel mai \u00eenalt nivel de detaliu: toate cablurile au fost scoase \u0219i trecute \u00eentre placare \u0219i cadru. Acest lucru a fost realizat datorit\u0103 designului BIM, \u00een care este specializat\u0103 biroul nostru.
